3. Contact email address: contact@turbolarp.com.
4. The Event will take place at Czocha Castle, Sucha, 59-820 Leśna, Poland, henceforward referred to as “Czocha Castle”, between 1 October 2026 and 4 October 2026.
5. The Event is not a mass event and is closed to the public.
6. During the Event, participants are subject to the terms and conditions of Czocha Castle, with modifications introduced by the Organisers where necessary for the organisation of the Event. These venue terms can be read at the reception of the Castle and will be available during check-in.
§ 2 Participation
1. The Event is available only to participants who are at least 18 years old on the first day of the Event.
2. Participation is only possible after purchasing a ticket via the online store. The store is available at: https://turbolarp.com
3. Tickets can only be purchased before the Event and will not be sold on-site once the Event starts. The tickets serve as confirmation of the participant’s right to participate.
4. When buying a ticket, the participant confirms that they accept these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Code of Conduct, and any additional rules of play or practical guidelines published by the Organisers before the Event.
5. The Organisers inform that some of Czocha Castle’s structures may render the site difficult to access for participants with disabilities. Full information on this subject can be obtained from Czocha Castle, from the Castle Hotel reception desk, or by contacting the Organisers at contact@turbolarp.com.
6. During the Event, participants are not allowed to bring animals to Czocha Castle, unless explicitly agreed in advance with both the Organisers and the venue.
§ 3 Tickets and Practical Form
1. The number of tickets is limited. There are 96 main Event tickets available in total.
2. Tickets are sold in two standards:
• Regular Ticket — 998 EUR gross, 83 places available.
• Premium Ticket — 1098 EUR gross, 13 places available. Premium tickets include accommodation of a higher standard, subject to availability. Among Premium tickets, 3 single-room places are available.
3. Tickets are sold in the order in which participants place purchase orders and complete payment, unless the Organisers announce another allocation procedure.
4. Tickets come in digital form and are assigned to a specific person. The identity of participants may be checked against the list of ticket purchasers during check-in.
5. During the ticket purchasing process, the Organisers will collect personal data necessary to verify the identity of the participant, process the order, issue invoices where required, and effectively communicate with the participant.
6. When purchasing more than one ticket, the purchaser must provide the Organisers with the contact information of every person planning to participate in the Event no later than 5 days after purchase. If the required information is not provided, the Organisers will contact the purchaser by email. If the information is not supplied within 10 days after purchase, the Organisers may cancel and refund the ticket and offer the spot to another person.
7. After purchasing the ticket, participants may be asked to fill out a Practical Form. This form will allow participants to inform the Organisers about accommodation preferences, food requirements, transport choices, team information and other practical matters.
8. If the Practical Form is not filled out, the participant agrees to be assigned rooms and other practical elements of the Event by the Organisers based on availability and organisational needs.
9. The Organisers will strive to meet the expectations expressed by participants in the Practical Form, but are not obliged to guarantee specific room assignments, team arrangements, dietary preferences beyond reasonable accommodation, or other individual preferences.
§ 4 Payment, Invoices, Refunds and Returns
1. The main Event ticket price is gross and includes applicable tax.
2. The preferred payment method is bank transfer / SEPA transfer. After placing an order, the purchaser will receive payment instructions by email. The order is confirmed only after the Organisers receive and verify the payment.
3. Card payment may be available on request, especially for participants outside Europe for whom a bank transfer is difficult. The Organisers may provide an individual card payment link when necessary.
4. If the purchaser is buying as a company or requires an invoice, correct billing details must be provided during checkout or before the invoice is issued. Invoices will be issued through the Organiser’s accounting system after payment is confirmed, unless the Organisers agree otherwise.
5. All main Event ticket sales are final. As tickets provide admission to a specific event taking place on specific dates, the Organisers do not offer returns or refunds after the purchase is completed, except in cases explicitly described in these Terms and Conditions or required by applicable law.
6. Exclusion of the 14-day withdrawal period: the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, which typically applies to certain online purchases, does not apply to tickets for leisure, cultural, entertainment or similar services provided on a specific date or within a specific period. By purchasing a ticket, the participant acknowledges and accepts that this exclusion applies.
7. A ticket may be transferred to another person only with the Organisers’ prior approval. The Organisers must be informed of any proposed transfer. The replacement participant must meet all participation requirements, accept these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Code of Conduct, and provide all required participant information.
8. Reselling a ticket above the original purchase price is not allowed. If a participant wishes to transfer a ticket, they may only do so at the same price they paid or lower.
9. The Organisers may change the number of available tickets, ticket categories, upgrades and add-ons before they are sold.
10. Optional add-ons may be offered separately later, depending on availability. Such add-ons may include, for example, extra night accommodation or paid bus transfer from Berlin. Add-ons are not included in the main ticket price unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description.
11. Add-ons do not grant access to the Event by themselves. They are valid only for participants holding a valid main Event ticket, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
12. If an add-on becomes unavailable after purchase due to venue, transport or organisational limitations, the Organisers will offer the participant an alternative where possible or refund the unavailable add-on.
13. For more information, participants should check the Return and Refund Policy published in the online store.

6. During the admission procedure, participants will receive practical information, room assignment details and other Event materials where applicable.

5. A separate security company may be working during the Event. Its employees may be authorised to remove a participant from the venue if the participant violates these Terms and Conditions, the Code of Conduct, venue rules or applicable law. The main function of the security team is to support safety and keep out anyone not participating in the Event, with the exception of venue staff and other authorised persons.
6. No weapons, dangerous tools or pyrotechnics can be carried during the Event. Should a participant attempt to bring such materials to the Event or be found carrying them, they may be expelled with no reimbursement.

If the Event is cancelled due to low attendance, the full ticket price paid by participants will be refunded.
